These terms govern your use of Beach Body Wellness. This is a draft reflecting the current implementation and should be reviewed before public launch.

A free, personal wellness tool

The app is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial wellness use. There are no subscriptions, credit-card requirements, premium tiers, or upsells. AI features have reasonable, clearly explained usage limits to help control operating costs.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to lawfully agree to these terms. We do not support accounts for minors in this release.

Not medical advice

The app is a general wellness assistant. It is not a doctor, dietitian, or personal trainer, and it does not provide medical, nutritional, or exercise diagnoses or treatment. AI suggestions are general guidance based on the information you provide. Always consult a qualified professional for individual advice — especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an eating concern, take medication, or have a condition requiring individualized care.

AI usage limits

• One initial combined meal & workout plan.
• One fresh weekly plan every 7 days.
• One daily AI diary review.
• Three meal/workout swaps per day.
• Five short coach messages per day.

Limits reset on a rolling basis. Manual logging and saved plans remain available even when a limit is reached. We may adjust allowances to keep the service free and sustainable.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or abuse the service.
• Check product labels and cross-contact information yourself — the app cannot guarantee allergen safety.

No guarantees of outcomes

We do not promise specific weight-loss, fitness, or health results, or a date by which you will reach a goal. Wellness is individual and influenced by many factors outside any app.

Availability

The app and its integrations may be temporarily unavailable. We do not pretend a failed request succeeded, and we explain limitations honestly. Some features depend on third-party services that may change or experience outages.

Changes

We may update these terms and our policies as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
